After watching Flip this House on TV for a while, some business partners and I have bought a home in Berkeley, CA to fix up and flip. We just closed on the house December 22, 2006. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, 1283 square feet. We got a great deal on it since the previous owner hadn't done much over the years. It is a great house in a good neighborhood that just needs some updating. We plan on adding either a half or full bath as well. We hope to get it completed over the next few months.
